Your Help Builds Hope
The generosity of HOPE donors and volunteers makes it possible for people with developmental disabilities to be valued and participating members of their communities.
Monetary Donations
In order for us to empower people with development disabilities, we rely on your generous support. All donations directly benefit the programs and services provided by HOPE, so make a gift today. Use our secure online gift form. We accept VISA and MasterCard as well as virtual checks. Your privacy is always protected!
You can become a hero to HOPE Services' clients by becoming a Champion of HOPE. By making a commitment of a monthly gift, as little as $10 a month, you will enable us to continue to provide and enhance our programs to children, adults, and seniors with developmental disabilities, while lowering our fundraising costs. Monthly deductions can be made via credit card, electronic funds transfer, or check. For some, one of the most mutually beneficial way to support HOPE Services is by contributing appreciated securities. HOPE also accepts gifts of real estate and other property. To transfer appreciated stock/securities, please print and complete the STOCK TRANSFER FORM. Once completed, please fax to your broker as well as to the HOPE Services at (408) 284-2861. A great way to celebrate that special person in your life! Make a gift in honor or in memory of a loved one and HOPE Services will send them a special card letting them know you care! Contact Deanna Bullier at (408) 284-2858 to make the gift or make the gift online and then call us with instructions on where to send your acknowledgment.
Many companies and governmental agencies have programs that enable their employees to make donations through payroll deductions. If you would like to support HOPE Services through your workplace giving program, please look for "HOPE Services" in your workplace giving campaign brochure then note the corresponding designation code number, and fill it in on your pledge card. If you do not find a listing, then simply write HOPE Services 30 Las Colinas Lane, San Jose, CA 95119 on your pledge card. Also, check to see if your workplace is on this list of employers who make matching gifts!
Turn almost any special event into a Party with a Purpose for HOPE Services and raise money and awareness for people with developmental disabilities!
- Birthday Parties & Bar/Bat Mitzvah Celebrations: Invite guests to donate money or goods to HOPE Services instead of bringing a host or party gift.
- In-Home Sales Parties: Host a scrap booking, jewelry, fashion, or home accessories party and donate a portion of the total sales for goods or services purchased to HOPE Services.
- Weddings or Anniversaries: Ask guests to donate money or goods to HOPE Services in honor of the happy couple.

The HOPE Services Endowment Fund ensures that we are able to meet the growing needs of our clients, now and into the future. Non-Monetary Donations
HOPE's Donation Pickup Service provides free home pickups of items listed above in Northern and Southern California (Los Angeles and Orange Counties). Donation items are then resold at our HOPE Station store in Fremont (37482 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, Ca 94536), or at the chain of Savers thrift stores throughout California. Store proceeds directly benefit HOPE clients with job training, job placement and independent living services. Your donation is tax deductible. Wondering what to do with that old car of yours? HOPE accepts donations of all vehicles, running or not, and can arrange a pickup within 24 hours. We sell donated cars or trucks, at affordable prices, to the general public with proceeds benefiting HOPE Services.
You can donate you vehicle directly to HOPE and receive the Fair Market Value of your donation as a tax deduction, while HOPE receives 100 percent of the proceeds from its sale. It's very easy, and we do the work including a free tow away!

HOPE is a state-approved collector of all electronic waste including monitors, computers and accessories, televisions, stereos, DVD players and other electronic items. Residents can drop off E-Waste at their local sites in all counties that HOPE serves, or to arrange for an E-Waste pickup at your company or home call 1-866.636.6283.
