In celebration of #DisabilityPrideMonth, we are proud to spotlight our very own Ramakrishna “Krishna” Voleti, a client at Hope Services and team member at HopeTHRIFT.

At the age of 5, Krishna was unable to walk independently, and a diagnosis from the doctor left his family with little hope for the future.

Defying all odds, Krishna went on to obtain a college degree, joined the Project Search program at Hope, and was recently promoted to a supervisory role at our thrift store. Krishna is excited to share his journey, hoping it will inspire others to pursue fulfilling careers despite their disability.

We are incredibly proud of Krishna’s growth and excited for what the future holds for this bright young man.
