Hope Services Recognized as a San Francisco Chronicle’s 2022 Top Workplace
We are so pleased to announce that Hope Services has been recognized as a San Francisco Chronicle’s 2022 Top Workplace, demonstrating our commitment to a standard of excellence in company culture. This accolade is the survey result of confidential feedback from our staff.
The San Francisco Chronicle surveyed more than 21,000 employees in search of the Top Workplaces in the Bay Area. The responses led them to 126 highly rated organizations, as recognized by the people who know them best: their employees.
After starting the year with a commitment to a standard of excellence in workplace culture, Hope Services is proud to have received this recognition as a result of our efforts to make Hope Services an amazing place to work!
Hope Services has invested $3.78 million dollars in permanent pay increases from February 2018 to February 2022, and since the start of this year, has revamped its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and launched an Employee Scholarship Fund of $250,000 available to all staff, annually. Each of these programs serve as an investment in our staff, as we continue valuing employee wellness, advancement and work-life balance.
While millions of workers have left companies that don’t meet their needs, employees of Hope Services and other Top Workplaces shared why they’re happily staying:
“Management genuinely cares about each employee.”
“I am able to learn and grow at my own pace.”
“I get to do what I love and make an impact!”
At Hope Services, our mission is only as strong as our people. That core tenet has guided us through some challenging times, and has allowed us to continue to transform lives.
We look forward to more great advancements for our valued teams, and to see Hope Services thrive from the inside out.
"Now more than ever, the care we provide and the services we offer are essential. With our dedicated and compassionate team, Hope Services looks forward to continuing to lead the way in providing innovative community-based services to the clients we serve across the Bay Area."
- Chip Huggins, Hope Services President/CEO
